There’s a tremendous amount of information that’s become available over the last 20 years about people and performance but it’s not making it’s way into daily business practices. Consider that the average lifespan of the S&P 500 companies has dropped from about 50 years down to 15 years since the 1950’s and employee engagement is at record lows. It doesn’t have to be that way…
“I believe that it’s possible to craft wildly successful businesses, where their workforce is ecstatic to go to work every day, for generations to come, because they are continuously adding value that makes our world a better place.”
S. Arlene Dilworth, CPA, CTP, CGMA.
Many of the industrial age business practices are interfering with employee’s ability to be creative, innovate and perform at their best.
Successful companies are adopting business practices that empower their people to realize their full potential by leveraging how the brain works.
Our goal is to help companies recognize areas where modifications will pay high returns by empowering their workforce through anonymous reporting and essential skill building.
Currently, there is no one place to get the beneficial information businesses need. Our goal is to bridge the gap.
